"Because one believes in oneself, one doesn’t try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn’t need others’ approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her."

So one of my followers just told me about the mistake that I made and thought that Tuesday was the 10th, when Tuesday is actually the 11th so basically the contest deadline didn’t make sense. I will announce the winner  at 12 o’clock so it will technically be the 10th and Tuesday at the same time, but also announce two winners instead of one because of my personal mistake.

Please keep posted to the blog for announcements if you have applied for this contest!

Namaste,

Forrest Curran

I think the saddest thing is that nobody, not a single person, knows who I am inside & out. And I would feel so relieved if I could just tell one person who I am without being judged, and just have their support and friendship.

Please, help.

Warning, I’m gonna do something out of character and blow up your dashes. But its for a good reason:

In this case, a little generosity goes a long way, and I hope everyone will take 5 minutes out of your busy dashboards to read this story, and seriously consider donating as much as you feel proper. Madison’s story is seriously heartbreaking. It’s not the most brutal thing that could happen to someone, but to have your childhood memories taken from you is cruel. She’s a great person, and it takes a lot to ask for help like this. She might end up seeing this post, but she doesn’t know I’m doing this yet. Please, followers, followers of followers, etc, etc. Help her and her mother restore her childhood home.

This isn’t some whacked up scam. Madison and I went to school together. We ran cross country together in middle school. She grew up to be a girl that everyone knew did her own thing and was always willing to say her peace, and she forever has my respect for that. I hope that someone that reads this will step up to the plate and realize that if this happened to you, how difficult it would make things.

Please help.

If you’ve read this far into the post, I want to thank you. I don’t benefit from this, but I know you’re much more caring and understanding than the person that scrolls past this plea for help without reading it, or to quit reading early.

I’ve done what I can, and I hope you will too. Even reblogging this counts as something.

Please, help.

I thought for a second that I might be in this picture.. Then I realized this wasn’t the right show:(

Anyways. Macklemore is the most unreal artist live. He literally told a story about jumping in our lake (Mirror Lake for all you Buckeyes), getting his clothes stolen, and then fucking an old woman who carried him on her back. To take him to the thrift shop.
When it dropped: Mind. Blown.

Break the cycle.

Overthinking leads to you thinking that you need to start thinking less. And so the cycle begins: While you attempt to think less, you cause more overthinking.

To break the cycle you need to do one thing. Lose your mind. Go apeshit someday, and just go off. Not about something that’s bugging you. I’m talking about the crazy that everyone looks at and goes “What the fuck are they on and where do I get it?”

Get nuts. And when you finally come back down from the mental high of not worrying, thinking, or stressing, you can start acting normal again.

The mindframe is easy to fall into and so cyclic that its depressing, but once you beat it, you know you have it in you to keep on keeping on.

So don’t stop.

You know those people in your life…

The ones that seem to just stick around and pretend their your friends

But really they never have helped you out, and are rarely there when it counts?

They’re opportunistic friends.

But they’re there because you’re going somewhere.

So keep going.
